2. Relocation of Marine Terminal?
Note: According to Fabiani on the KUSI special, he says that the 10th ave site has 100 acres, but the stadium needs only 30.
Infrastructure costs are not as high as the Chula Vista sites, freeing up extra money used towards the 10th ave site.
